Under the governing body ACECQA (The Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority), all OSHC services must abide by the National Quality Standards (NQS) and implement a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

Both of these are essential to running the Telopea OSHC service, and enable us to grow not only as a team, but within the community and offer the best care for the children as possible.
